"Let me first say that I was not prompted to write a review about Heath Manning or Diamond pool tables . In fact , I’ve never written a review about anything in the past.
I ordered a Diamond pool table less than a year ago thru Keith Manning . I did it because of all the positive reviews I had read.
I got the table a few months ago. The table is exactly what I expected. As important was the service. Keith Manning was prompt , courteous , always available and a man of his word.
I’d never own another brand of table and I would always purchase thru Manning Pool tables.

More importantly, when purchasing the item through PayPal there was an error because of the shipping, and PayPal suggested that I call the company. When I called the company to my surprise the owner (Heath) answered the phone. I explained to him what happened and told me that if I just went through his website and ordered it in the next 15 min, he would have time to get the item boxed up and shipped out that day. "The 9' rosewood Paragon is absolutely stunning! Working with Heath Manning has been a real pleasure. All aspects of the table is perfect...3 piece slate is actually 1.25 inches and is as level as can be. The rails are lively with plenty of action. The simonis cloth is very reactive and although had a little skid to it at first is making the ball do what you want it to. The finish and legs on the Paragon are speechless and everyone compliments. This is my retirement gift and I'm looking forward to spending many years playing on her."

Advantages: The installation of my 9' paragon was performed flawlessly by Manning's Diamond Factory Trained Installers. They kept me posted on ETA while traveling to my home. Very knowledgeable and just great guys to have in my home. My wife felt very comfortable and our little Yorkie them as well. I was totally impressed with the installation of my Diamond Pro-Am pool table by Manning's certified "DIAMOND" installers Paul and Stephen. I think I had one of the best install teams for my table in America. I did have an issue the day after that left. I think the tables settled a bit more and balls were curving in one corner
Call Heath Manning to let them know what was happening. Paul and Stephen happily returned a few days later and corrected the issue. Well done guys !!

"Great Experience. Ordered my table on New Year's Eve after deciding to purchase the table through Heath. In the weeks prior to my purchase, Heath quickly and professionally answered all of my questions and ensured that I got the best price for my table. Despite a few hiccups during the delivery processes (table, cues, and cover), everything was handled professionally and the table plays like a dream. This is by far the nicest pool table I have ever played on. Everything about the table is stunning - cloth, rails, top rails, skirts, rack holder, and bridge holder.

Manning's Diamond Professional installers were extremely qualified, friendly, and professional during the installation process. The installers had no trouble getting the 3-piece slate 9' table into my third floor room. The table was delivered the week that I anticipated it, but a few days earlier than ideal. The timing that Heath had coordinated with me was not the timing that the installers were planning (they were off by 2 days, not terrible). The only reason this was a bit cumbersome was due to a sudden emergency that made me unavailable in the morning that they wanted to come. Additionally, the installers had transportation issues (leaf spring broke on their trailer) during the drive and were unable to arrive in the morning as planned. As a result, the installers arrived in the evening around 630PM and worked until about 10PM perfectly installing and leveling my table. The installation process went perfectly and everything about the table is stunning - cloth, rails, top rails, skirts, rack holder, and bridge holder. The installers were happy to talk during the installation process and I had a great experience working with them.

"I was told my 9' Professional would take 4 months but I received it in 3. The installers were professional and friendly. They took the time out to let me install the light before they finished the table. I am in awe of the table. Two months later I am still in awe of the table. The table is absolutely gorgeous and plays as good if not better than any table I have ever played and I've played on a lot of different tables. Heath Manning handled everything personally and was always courteous, helpful, and professional. I will not go into circumstances but I was refreshingly surprised at the integrity of the way Heath handles business. He lives up to the integrity of the table.
