Just received the ball cleaner after a major delay on Diamonds part. The delay had nothing to do with Manning Cues & the excellent customer service provided by Heath @ Manning Cues is the reason I went through with the purchase.

This thing is amazing. I have owned a pool table for 9 years now. I rarely polished balls because I did it by hand. I had to throw my old balls away. You are supposed to polish your balls after every significant play session. It takes 5 minutes each session to keep the balls looking brand new with just two drops of Aramith cleaning solution. I don't know how any pool table owner can live without one of these now that I have one.

I couldn't be more pleased with the quality of the 7' Diamond Pro Am that I received from Heath Manning. The wait time was excruciating, as the Diamond factory was shut down for a period due to the COVID mess, but even the extended wait was worth it. The Diamond Pro-Am table is spectacular! It is a true players table. I have owned many different brands of pool tables (Gandy, Olhausen, Presidential to name a few) but the Diamond is by far the best playing table that I have ever owned.

The light came in when expected, and really looks solid above my 9ft pro am. I called Manning and he talked me through various options to have the light hung, or to hang it myself. Manning went above and beyond o talk to me about installation ideas, and even offered to get on the phone with me and my friend to talk us through installing it! I got an electrician friend to come help me mount and hang the light, and it was far simpler than i had originally thought (just like Manning had said).

This table is by far one of the best tables I've ever played on. It's only surpassed by the customer service that Manning showed during the ordering process. Excellent quality from Diamond and excellent service from Heath. I had my table installed 11 weeks from the time I ordered which was a week ahead of schedule. Heath was available anytime I called to answer my questions. Heath personally called me after the install to make sure I was satisfied. The table mechanic Shane did an excellent job with the installation as well. I would have no reservations ordering another table through Heath.

This polisher is worth every penny. Watch Heaths product video and follow his advice. I run it about 3 minutes a week for my Hyperion balls and they still look bran new. I use Aramith ball cleaner adding a very small drop of cleaner after every 20 runs. The cleaner lasts, my carpets are still good, this polisher is amazing.

About 3 months ago I decided to replace my 25 year old Diamond Professional for a brand new Diamond Professional. My primary reason to trade for the acquisition of different table specs, primarily pocket size. I am glad to have the 4.75 specs for 14.1 as well as for teaching purposes. I've been a long time customer of heaths, but only of small products like cues or wax. This is my first diamond table ever and I can honestly say everything was great. The installation was done by diamond experienced table mechanics, and Heath was very responsive and pleasant. He always opted to call rather than email me, which I think shows a lot about his care for his customers. The charges for installation and delivery were also reasonable and better than most other dealers i spoke with.

Life is full of disappointments. My 9' Diamond Professional pool table is, emphatically, not one of them. It's beautifully designed, beautifully built and installed, and beautiful to the eye--and it plays pretty much perfectly.
