"I have only left 5 or 6 reviews in my life. I bought the cleaner and it is fantastic. Like many others, I made the bucket cleaner, and it did the job. There is no comparison with this cleaner. More importantly, when purchasing the item through PayPal there was an error because of the shipping, and PayPal suggested that I call the company. When I called the company to my surprise the owner (Heath) answered the phone. I explained to him what happened and told me that if I just went through his website and ordered it in the next 15 min, he would have time to get the item boxed up and shipped out that day. I did do that and within an hour I got notice that FedEx was going to pick up the cleaner. Wow, an owner that keeps his word in these days is rare. I am now going to be a loyal customer just because of this interaction. Top-quality Ball Cleaner and top-quality customer service."

"The Diamond ball polisher is a great purchase and I could not be happier with it. Like any Diamond product, it works superbly but it is also convenient. It tucks away right in the corner, runs smooth and you won't believe how quiet it is! Sure, you can try to make one out of a mop bucket that's going to look out of place and be extremely loud....or you can get the real deal Diamond ball polisher that works great, looks great, and you can barely hear it while standing in the same room."

"This thing is amazing. I have owned a pool table for 9 years now. I rarely polished balls because I did it by hand. I had to throw my old balls away. You are supposed to polish your balls after every significant play session. It takes 5 minutes each session to keep the balls looking brand new with just two drops of Aramith cleaning solution. I don't know how any pool table owner can live without one of these now that I have one.

"This polisher is worth every penny. Watch Heaths product video and follow his advice. I run it about 3 minutes a week for my Hyperion balls and they still look bran new. I use Aramith ball cleaner adding a very small drop of cleaner after every 20 runs. The cleaner lasts, my carpets are still good, this polisher is amazing. "

"Just received the ball cleaner after a major delay on Diamonds part. The delay had nothing to do with Manning Cues & the excellent customer service provided by Heath @ Manning Cues is the reason I went through with the purchase.
Ran the cleaner for 15 minutes for the first set & the balls look brand new! Well worth the money! I purchased the extra cleaning pads but honestly doubt I will need them as this is for home use only. The pads appear to be extremely durable.
